Frequently asked questionsHow can I send my work to you for checking? It is sent as a Word document attached to an email. How long will it take to provide the service? This depends on the document length; however, we aim to return work of less than 10000 words within 3 working days and 10000-20000 words within 4 working days. These timescales are based on us receiving your work before 9.00 am on the first day. Can work be returned in less than 3 working days? Yes - we can provide a faster return service. The options and costs are detailed in our Costs section. Is work always returned within the timescale specified? Yes! During peak periods it may not be possible to maintain a 3-day turnaround. However, a return date and time will always be fixed with you before starting your work so we are both aware of the deadline agreed. What hours do you work? Our normal working days are Monday to Friday. We start at 9.00 am and finish at 6.00 pm. Work undertaken outside these hours may result in extra costs. Do you work at weekends and Bank Holidays? We prefer not to work at weekends or Bank Holidays. However, we can help you if your work is urgent but our charges reflect this - see Costs section. How do you mark the changes to my work? We use the 'track changes' feature in Word to record changes to your original document which you then approve. |
How do I use track changes? Instructions for use can be found on the Track Changes page. How can I ensure that original text is not deleted incorrectly? The track changes facility allows you to check and approve all corrections. What will happen if you cannot understand what I am trying to express? The text will be highlighted with the comment 'UNCLEAR' alongside. How will I know you have received my work? You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement confirming the anticipated date/time of its return. How will you return my work to me? Your work will be returned to you via e-mail. How will I know my work has been returned? A text message alert will be sent to you each time work is returned which is why we ask you to provide your mobile number. Can I reserve time to have my dissertation checked? Work is undertaken on a "first come - first served" basis. That way we can ensure we provide a fair service to all our clients. The best way to avoid disappointment is to send your dissertation to us chapter by chapter so that we can keep your work flowing and do not disappoint anybody. How will I pay? Either through Bank Transfer to our account or via PayPal. However, you should be aware that there is a surcharge of 4% for using the Paypal facility, with a minimum charge of £4. |
